Dr. Rainey at Dixie Animal Hospital in Pinecrest, FL is our veterinarian and we visit him He issues our Health Certificates and makes sure our puppies are ready to go out into their new lives with the best paw forward. We are not a kennel....so all of our puppies quickly become spoiled rotten. All of our puppies are registered purebred Malteses. We do not line breed or inbreed any of our Malteses. To help maintain shining coats and good teeth everyone is fed Pedigree Puppy (Small Bite). We are always happy to talk Maltese to anyone who has questions about the breed. If shipped, a flight will be arranged for your puppy ASAP so he or she can join your family quickly!

Once payment has been remitted we schedule your puppy to arrive at the closest International Airport to you. The puppies travel with the Pets First Program and are driven to the plane after the plane is fully loaded and placed in a pressurized acclimatized cabin. When your puppy arrives at the destination airport the plane is meet by the Pets First Van and are first to come off the plane where they are brought directly to you at the Cargo counter. All our puppies travel First Class Priority Parcel Counter to Counter. All of our puppies have done great traveling they arrive in travel kennel with ample room to move around a water bottle and food dish plus filler to keep puppies dry and clean. Puppies can travel into some smaller airports by special carrier service for an additional fee depeding on location/airport/airline.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

PURCHASES: the purchaser agrees to never sell said dog or give said dog to any Pet Shop, Pet Farm or similar institution.

SELLER: the seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises i.e.: medical expenses, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, or for any other reason, other than stated. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost in the event the puppy is to be returned. Purchaser is responsible to give proof by autopsy required if death occurs within 1 year. I hereby certify that an accredited Veterinarian has inspected the said puppy and it is found to be healthy and sound and that is not showing signs of infectious, contagious and/or communicable diseases. All puppies receive their first and second and third set of shots from seller. To the best of my knowledge the animal in question meets all state Health requirements, and is free of any Life threatening genetic defects or conditions. I strongly suggest taking your new puppy to your Veterinarian of choice for an initial puppy examination. Seller is not responsible for hypoglaucemia as this is a maintenance problem and should not occur if proper care is taken. The breeder is not responsible for any vet bills or any other bill regarding this pup nor is seller responsible for damages, physical or emotional to the buyer's self or possessions and likewise to other individuals. The breeder is not obligated to replace a puppy whose problem is a result of its new environment. Any replacement is subject to availability of same size and quality.. In the rare event surgery is required due to hereditary conditions Puppy must be examined by our Veterinarian and the procedure if deemed necessary performed by our Veterinarian as well. Your breeder is always willing to give advice and help in any reasonable way in that the welfare of the puppy is of primary concern. A registration certificate will be provided with completion of the transaction or as soon as possible thereafter.

It is the consumer's right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian.


PUTTING A PUPPY ON HOLD

In order for a puppy to be put on hold a 50% deposit is REQUIRED!.
We like to find our puppies homes as soon as possible and frown on holding any puppy for more than 2 weeks with only some exceptions. We must receive the 50% deposit or have proof of mail transaction, such as tracking # with overnight delivery, before considering the puppy on hold.

Balance is due before shipping date. Deposits are non-refundable.
